Our client, a leading real estate firm, is looking for a Web Content Development Coordinator to enhance web site value by working closely with all the IT Department and web developer to troubleshoot basic issues and strategically update the company's web site. Key responsibility will be to maintain and refresh online content daily, being cognizant of SEO/SEM/pay-per-click ads, while playing an integral role in the development of web site enhancements by analyzing, recommending, managing and generating site content. This position will be responsible for staying on top of the latest online innovations, researching and editing content across internal teams, as well as on site organization, navigation and daily web site monitoring and updates. Working with the marketing, sales and executive teams, the online marketing specialist will obtain information and translate it into a digestible online format. Additionally, you will utilize Google Analytics to evaluate site visitors. This person will also be responsible to ensure consistency in style, tone and quality; collaborating with the IT Department for content troubleshooting, and will report to the Director of Marketing via the IT Director. Familiarity with page layout program Adobe InDesign also desirable – looking for a very motivated person willing to learn HTML, Dreamweaver and InDesign that brings one plus years of online marketing experience to the role.

Must be comfortable in a fast-paced real estate environment. To be responsible for developing and providing content for this company's web site requires an understanding of Internet marketing combined with an awareness of new technologies, basic web site design knowledge, HTML web posting expertise (do not need to be a coding expert), and site maintenance plus editing skills. Self-starter, independent worker with problem-solving prowess and ability to multi-task will be key in this Old Town Neighborhood environment. Knowledge of Windows required for this PC-based role; good understanding of HTML, some technical skills and site syndication are a plus.
