Crowe Chizek is looking for a Technical Specialist / Senior Technical Specialist for the RPS group in Oak Brook to provide thought leadership in the area of technical architecture and FileNET software development for straight through processing solutions in our imaging, workflow and process automation practice area. This individual will have a client delivery focus but will assist with business development as a solution creator.

Skill sets required include:
â?¢ 3+ years of consulting experience defining architecture for enterprise software development projects using FileNET imaging and workflow technologies with various Fortune 500 organizations.
â?¢ 3+ years of consulting experience designing software using FileNET in the area of workflow or process automation, and imaging with various Fortune 500 organizations. Consulting experiences should include software implementation, business analysis/process design tied to workflow or process automation.
â?¢ 5+ years of consulting experience related to software development (e.g. software development, integration, etc.) using Java technologies and business (e.g. software implementation, business analysis/process, etc.).
â?¢ Ability to lead a team of 2-4 software developers
â?¢ Strong understanding of database design techniques on MSSQLServer, Oracle and DB2 required. Database performance tuning experience preferred.
â?¢ Experience in modeling architectures using UML within a modeling tools. Experience using Rational toolset preferred.
â?¢ Experience and expertise with FileNet and other applications imaging and workflow automation products is preferred.
â?¢ Experience with FileNET P8 product suite preferred.
â?¢ Experience with Java OOA/OOD techniques including a deep understanding of design patterns, J2EE components (EJBâ??s, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Servletâ??s, JSPs, and beans), HTML, and JavaScript preferred.
â?¢ Strong conceptual thinking skills, creativity and flexibility.
â?¢ Strong analytical, attention to detail, organizational and core project management skills.
â?¢ Strong teamwork, communication and customer service skills.
