1. Network & Systems Administration ? Management of network infrastructure, including servers, routers, firewall, etc. ? Ensure reliability and optimal performance of email, file servers, and overall network ? Manage routine backup procedure and disaster recovery plan 2. User desktop, printing & ad hoc technical support ? Manage Assistant Systems Administrator in front-line support of users ? Inform campus community about IT issues/changes which will affect them ?
