Job Description

The Associate Partner is expected to have the proven experience in the ability to drive a consulting book of business and knowledge needed to ensure the successful delivery of consulting services to a client, leading to high client satisfaction. Will have demonstrated leadership on strategy engagements supporting the development and implementation of client strategy. Expected to contribute to the development of other consultants and establish long-term relationships with clients, which includes selling work. Must function as both a team member and senior leader in a time-compressed, highly dynamic, and potentially ambiguous client situation to ensure sales, milestones, and deliverables are achieved. Must have experience in selling and delivering SAP applications consulting assignments to Distribution clients. Proven ability to deal with C-level client executives. Experience of dealing with SAP Corporation during project execution and an ability to navigate this organization. Ability to manage projects and sales pursuits in parallel. Previous history of SAP project delivery (5+ full, life-cycle implementations) roles leading large teams is desirable. Need to have strong experience working with Distribution clients including Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Life Sciences and Travel & Transportation industries.
