POSITION DETAILS
Salary $115 to 135K
Min. 4 years experience managing PeopleSoft HCM implementations and upgrades; At least 3 full lifecycle (9+ months each) implementations of PeopleSoft HCM v8.8+ as a Project Manager for a large team (15-20+ consultants/subcontractors) including functional and technical areas. Projects managed should have been completed clients with 10,000 or more employees. CANDIDATES must have recent (within the last year), Qualifying and pursuing client sales opportunities by developing the solution, scope, estimates and/or proposal.
Structured PM and application development methods, strong client relationships with client admin and mid-management levels, able to plan, track, and manage project financials to budget, able to scope, estimate, plan, and manage PS HCM v8.8 and v8.9 projects.
Experience: Experience with some of the PS HR eCollaborative applications & workflow, able to scope, plan, and manage process re-design, able to scope, plan, and manage online enhancements.
Able to scope, plan, and manage data conversions, Able to scope, plan, and manage report development.
Able to scope, plan, and manage security without assistance. Able to scope, plan, and manage testing & cutover activities.
Candidates can live in any city on the Northeast or in the Midwest
