Quality Assurance Consultant - 4 month plus contract located in Chicago, IL

Services Requested: Quality Assurance Test Support

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
* Must have 4+ years of expertise in developing test cases and test plans executing manual test case execution on web and client server applications. All documentation and scripting must be performed according to SQA standards.
* Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
* Intermediate Excel experience is required.
* Must have a strong understanding of QA and SDLC methodologies, principles, and practices.
* 4+ years advanced expertise of IBM Rational Robot, Test Manager, Clear Quest, and RequisitePro is also required.
* Ability to create and execute batch test cases is a plus. 2+ years of experience with UNIX, NT Scheduler, Websphere/WAS.
* 2 years of expertise with IBM Rational Functional Tester to assist in modifying existing automated test scripts and creating new automated test scripts.
* Ability to create and execute load test scripts via Rational tool is helpful.
* Perform other QA assignments and prepare other project deliverables as requested by IT management.
