Our Financial Services client currently seeks a JAVA/J2EE Developer for DIRECT-HIRE.
Our trading firm, focused on trading futures, equities, and FX is highly dependant on high-speed data communication and network computing for its electronic trading operation. We are looking for a JAVA/J2EE Developer to join one of our trading groups. The candidate will work directly with traders and other developers to build real time trading systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

2-4 years of experience programming in JAVA/J2EE

Real time software development experience

Multi-threading

Socket programming (telecommunications)

Trading or financial markets experience a plus, NOT REQUIRED

Interest in trading and financial markets

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering

Excellent verbal,written and interpersonal skills essential.
