Responsibilities:
Design and develop derivatives pricing models
Conduct high quality research both independently and as well as working closely with traders, software engineers and members of the QR team
Automation of trading strategies – convert trader's ideas into workable algorithms
Statistical analysis of market data, historical trends, and relationships
Create practical solutions to problems presented in the trading environment

Experience: Qualifications:
Highly skilled in mathematics and data analysis
Driven and passionate about solving puzzles and a wide variety of problems
Strong software engineering skills
Research experience in a quantitative field
Excellent communication skills and flexibility to perform in multidisciplinary teams
Experience in the financial industry is a plus

Education:
Degrees in the following areas are of particular interest: statistics, stochastic calculus, time-series analysis, control theory, artificial intelligence, optimization, simulation, and financial engineering along with 3+ years of derivatives industry experience, with proven valuation and relative valuation ability. Having a graduate level degree is not a prerequisite, although is a plus.
