BA - Eagle Data Steward

Location: Chicago Downtown, IL

12 months contract to hire

Position Description:

Trading applications experience and/or account systems like Eagle is required. This is a position requiring good business knowledge first and application specific knowledge second.

Possesses working knowledgeable about investment trading business knowledgeable about account compliance business
Respond to portfolio manager and trader trade processing issues
Respond to compliance analyst account monitoring issues
Track issues to their conclusion
Work with front end ( trade decision making ) and back end systems ( trade support ) to support proper handling of orders entered into Eagle
Take ownership for issues which require support from other groups and / or take longer than a few minutes to resolve
Track and document all trading and compliance issues reported and observed ( currently this is done via the Remedy system )
Monitor Eagle message center and reporting performance at the desktop
Work closely with Eagle technical support team
Communicate affectively with Eagle support desk ( documenting cases and tracking them to conclusion )

Academic background:
