We are looking out for a Business Development Manager who will be soliciting for IT Consulting Business from mid to large End Clients accounts. Ultimate goal will be to convert new business proposals into bottom line income, with astute and extended relationship management.
Major activities and responsibilities
. Identify, qualify and close new opportunities, develop and nurture client relationships and gather requirements for new opportunities.
. Work with direct clients and partners to generate revenue.
. Establish relationship at CXO levels and maintain Top-Down approach for business convergence.
. Proven experience selling both project and staff augmentation engagements.
. Once a lead is secured, stay in touch with such a lead and expand relationships in that Client.
. Constantly explore business opportunities in the areas of IT Staffing and Software Projects.
. Impress upon technology managers that we want an opportunity to help them.
. Continuously educate client managers on our current and new offerings.
. Create and conduct sales presentations as needed.
. Establish relationships at one/two level higher than current relationship.
. Gather knowledge of client needs, competitor's offerings and client's competition.
Should be committed to mutually acceptable Revenue Targets from existing as well as new accounts and be able to exceed in a fast paced aggressive and competitive business environment.
Job Demands:
. Maintain high visibility and profile within the local Business Community. Involved in any Business Group or Associations, Participate in IT Forums, seminars and generate relationships with Technology Managers who will promote profile and directly or indirectly influence the referral of Business opportunities to PCS Technology USA Inc.
. Have the ability to create and nurture relationships with Technology Managers.
. Be relentless in pursuit of Intermediaries capable of producing a regular stream of quality referrals. Identify, develop, entertain and invest in key relationships disciplining, where appropriate, key contacts in terms of the quality of business for which the company has an appetite.
