Support role mapping execution in partnership with Organizational Readiness workstream as well as Atlas /RMA Administrators.Participate in role mapping database
development in order to create and maintain a tool for ongoing use throughout the
project.Ensure that the on-going updates to the role mapping database meets the
requirements of each release team and the business.Become the knowledge owner of
the database, ensuring the captured site and employee information is easily accessible
to other team and applications, e.g. Training LMS, Security, Deployment.Participate
in development and execution of Atlas (Access) database and associated reporting.Ensure
data accuracy of reports.Support Readiness and Training team work related to Enterprise
Profile descriptions and role-mapping guideline creations.Serve as a point of contact
for the business related to Enterprise Profiles, developing a detailed knowledge
of the enterprise profiles and how they support the solution.Support integration
between role-mapping activities and training development/deployment processes.Work
with the business/Change Network to ensure role-mapping is executed in a timely
fashion; provide technical and functional support to business resources as necessary.
