As a Business Intelligence Consultant, you would be responsible for defining analytical solutions that meet our clients’ needs and then designing, implementing, and testing these Business Intelligence solutions based on Microsoft technologies. The person in this role must have strong analytical, communication, client management, and requirements definition skills, as well as the ability to concisely and clearly document and present findings to various audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a bachelor’s degree plus equivalent industry experience is required. A minimum 5 years experience working with BI solutions using the Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence Platform, including extensive SQL RDBMS experience. The RDBMS experience should include duties such as normalized and dimensional Database Design and Performance Tuning. Creating of Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is essential for this role as well. Experience working with Analysis Services (SSAS) and adding calculations using MDX and experience working with presentation tools such as Reporting Services (SSRS). Strong skills in the Business Dimensional lifecycle (Kimball Methodology) and Corporate Performance Management.
