The opportunity available is for a System Support Engineer to be located in Chicago, IL. Key responsibilities are to provide a real time response to project managers inquires. Ensure all support documentation is effectively managed and maintained. Diagnose bugs and provide patches to system implementation. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a system support environment; network support experience would be considered an advantage, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent problem solving skills.Self motivated and resourceful. Team leading experience considered an advantage. Adapt to new methodologies and technologies quickly. Ability to work in a high pressure environment. Considerable experience with SQL Server essential. Previous experience of working with a scripting language, ideally VBScript.
