JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for providing in-depth technical and business expertise on decisions and priorities regarding systems architecture. Educates and facilitates the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions. Develops and documents the framework for integration and implementation for changes to existing technical architecture.

This is our client's "wish list": Experience Integration Architect needed with the following technical skilss - TIBCO (BW, EMS, BE), MQ Series (Messaging), Java, SOA, Web Services. Communication and Leadership qualities are a must.

BE (Business Events) is not mandatory. Must have strong TIBCO Architecture skills.
Experience: TIBCO Architecture Consultant:
- End to end architecture-level understanding of the TIBCO ActiveEnterprise Suite 5.x
- Experience architecting, designing, and implementing solutions with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.2 and later
- Experience configuring complex TIBCO Administrator distributed topologies and monitoring the entire infrastructure with Hawk
- Experience with the J2EE is a must
- Expereince architecting solutions via MQ, MSMQ, and with mainframes is highly desired
- Experience with custom adapters is highly desired
- Ability to put together architecture design patterns, mentor jonior staff, conduct code reviews, and produce integration roadmaps is esse
