Our Client installs and operates systems in Data Centers around the world. Their team members are highly motivated and have a passion for excellence, working together to meet our customer*s needs.RESPONSIBILITIES:* All aspects of daily operation of Data Centers. System Expansion, Upgrades, Problem Resolution* Responsible for best practices and executing standard operating procedures* Responsible for achieving Service Quality & System Availability targets (SLA)* Planning, Budgeting, and Implementation for Data Center acquisition and expansion* Managing and growing a geographically distributed team. Will coach and mentor team members* Must lead by example, with direct personal involvement in operations activitiesQUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum of 5+ years of network design, implementation, and support in a management role* Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with network equipment (Firewalls, Load Balancers, Routers, Switches) and servers operating in a Unix environment (preferably Solaris and Linux), or comparable experience operating Telecom systems* Experience operating high availability systems* Demonstrated ability to solve problems and perform well under pressure.* Excellent communication and managerial skills* B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field* Travel up to 20% may be required
