Implementation and deployment of SAP Production Planning Module for Production MasterData for ERP initiative. The objective is to accurately portray the business requirementsof the divisions in the context of a standard ERP solution. Ensure that the Business
Process Transformation Vision and design is consistent for Production Master Data,
which include Bill Of Materials, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions, and
Cost Collectors.This position will be answering emails and phone calls from 170 virtual users for
1st and 2nd level support that has been delegate by the team lead. They will be
running reports, working on transactions, and follow up on completed emails and
calls.
