Experience:
- Performance tuning of IBM Servers and SAN environment
- Significant expertise with full life cycle storage capacity and performance
- Provide technical analysis and direction for performance tuning roadmap and incremental release execution. 10 TB Oracle DB.
- Release Management/Road Map experience
- Need to have excellent documentation skills and creating flow charts, experience using VISIO and MS Suite
- Need to have experience doing their own documentation, writing new processes/procedures, best practices, business analysis summaries, SME in their field for asking appropriate questions to stake holders and doing evaluations on client's current system for future state models
- Experience writing future state models/analysis/giving recommendations.
- Experience with performance tuning, hardware tuning, current state analysis, infrastructure staff process/procedures, business analysis summaries
- Experience doing an IT audit
- Experience within financial/exchange/trading industry strong plus
