This role is within the FICC IT Trade Capture - to implement the QA process for the Trade Entry applications. This would include the following tasks:

? Automation of test scripts
? Experience in Lean Development practices
? Develop test harnesses for regression testing
? Review unit test strategies and test scripts
? Implementing testing specs and test plans to match user business requirements
? Work alone or with team members on testing specifications
? Be involved in full development cycle
? Review and maintenance of existing test plans and automated test scripts


The successful candidate would be working within an interdisciplinary environment, based in Chicago and will be expected to work very closely with development teams and to understand both the business and the technologies involved.

Experience of at least one of the following technologies is essential:

? QTP (essential)
? JUnit/Java (essential)
? SQL/Sybase (essential)
? Unix scripting
_ Knowledge of financial products

Other desirable skills:
? Python
? Objective-C
? PyUnit
? Oracle
