Summary:
The core focus of this role is to effectively support and manage SAP projects including the scoping, planning, budget, governance, deliverables, etc. within the projects constraints (scope, budget, time) in alignment with the ASAP methodology.

The PM will be reporting directly to the Head of the Project Management. The ideal candidate will have additional responsibilities to support the introduction and implementation of Project Management procedures to provide a consistent Company approach and to more efficiently deliver projects.

The role will require travel to Racine, WI and Customer on site activity.

Educational Qualifications: Degree level or higher.

Core Responsibilities:
- Own SAP projects from scoping through to a successful delivery including pre-sales interaction
- Deliver projects to scope, budget, and time
- Manage project schedules using MS Project and MS Excel tools/templates
- Provide regular project status reports
- Manage project risks
- Manage project change control
- Attend senior management meetings
- Facilitate project governance at all levels. Introduce best practice project management processes to projects
- Manage the internal and external team members. Support the personal development of the team members
- Support the development of other project managers within the organization
- Manage and grow client relationships
- Preparation and delivery of Customer pre-sales presentations
- Support the growth of the PM Capability with new technologies

Key Requirements:
- SAP project experience is essential. Must have managed multiple full life cycle implementations with full responsibility for the plan and budget. Consultancy experience is an advantage.
- History of managing SAP projects is essential
- Experience of managing fixed price projects as well as time and material projects.
- Must demonstrate the ability to manage high pressure projects.
- Has had responsibility for managing budgets/commercial for Million + projects with Consultant and Business presence
- Will need to demonstrate knowledge of project methodologies and controls. Knowledge of Prince 2 and ASAP are preferable but not essential.
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager is a distinct advantage
- Will need to have a good culture fit within company, with an appropriate management style
- Familiarity with the Microsoft products is essential, in particular MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word
- Will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills as the role will involve interaction with multiple projects in parallel and with people at all levels
- The role will involve travel to Customer sites and also to the company offices. As a consulting role there is an obvious requirement for the candidate to be able to spend nights away from home to support projects and/or company activities.
