Our client in Downtown Chicago is currently looking for a Business Analyst, with MEDITECH Experience. The ideal MEDITECH Business Analyst must be able to provide expert guidance for the analysis design and implementation PHA modules C/S. His responsibilities also includes : Reviewing customer requirements; performing analysis, designing and documenting current state and future state work flows; provide expert guidance and assistance in the designing and developing parameters and dictionaries; developing test plans and coordinating testing; maintaining regular communications regarding project issues, risks, client, vendor team leaderships and team members; classifying problems as systems, trainings or process and recommend corrections; teaching new users new technology and enhancements; guiding end users through complex application functionalities; providing second and third level support for other MEDITECH applications; communicating with internal networking and desktop support teams; communicating with end users for problem resolutions.

Experience: The candidate will need to have working experience of 3+ MEDITECH PHA applications. MEDITECH experience with specific skills such as; implementation, module coordination and upgrading the MEDITECH application. A portion of the work will be using their knowledge on clinical dictionaries and application functionality and exactly how they effect the other modules. The travel will approximately be 75-100% of the work week.
