Our progressively growing client is seeking a technology leader who will be responsible for all activities relating to technical guidance for planning, directing, and monitoring information systems operations. Will analyze the results of workflow plans, monitors the operating system(s) and recommends changes to improve processing and utilization. Will develop a support infrastructure to ensure that OSS has appropriate primary and secondary support personnel for all mission critical systems in a 7x24 environment. Will also define, implement and enforce policies ISO and procedures for departmental support infrastructure including high availability and server farming, application installation, system performance, capacity planning and data backup and recovery.

Experience: Advanced skills: Project Management (MS Project), MS Office (Excel, Word, Access), PeopleTools, Reporting tools (Oracle Reports. PS Query), Presentation (Power Point), Server monitoring, Storage arrays/architectures, Messaging platforms, Security architectures, management of datacenter operations and Capacity planning. Experience with supporting multi-platform UNIX systems in 7x24, high availability environment. Knowledge of high availability solutions on HP-UX, IBM, Solaris and Linux platforms.
