. College degree, or specialized training or equivalent work experience
. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
. Experience with Production Assurance processes and procedures is highly desirable; JPMC experience would be ideal; ITIL a huge plus
. Prior Financial Production Assurance is huge plus
. Awareness of the business and IT strategy
. Basic understanding of the company's business practices and familiarity with the company's products and services
. Strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience in documenting requirements and technical specifications
. Strong experience with use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for producing analytic reports and presentations
. Self starter
. Confident working in cross funtional groups

. Significant Treasury experience
. Strong time management skills and must be well organized
. Energetic, self-starter requiring little direct supervision
. Ability to lead through influence, especially when working with cross-impacted areas
. Good project management skills
. Excellent telephone and conference call etiquette
. Good understanding of infrastructure and infrastructure environments
. Production Support experience with ITIL background being a significant plus
. Prior experience with the JPMC Production Assurance processes would give the candidate a significant advantage
