Resource 1 is in need of a Informatica ETL Developer with at least 5 years experience developing solutions for UNIX/Linux for a 5 month contract in Chicago, Illinois. Individual will be primarily responsible for developing the foundational technical architecture support for deploying a new Informatica environment in Informatica 8.5. Individual be responsible for developing the data integration solutions for a large integration project. Should have a strong background in data warehousing, dimensional modeling and Oracle PL/SQL development to integrate Informatica processes to work with existing PL/SQL ETL processes. Project will also involve moving Informatica packages from Development to QA and Production. Individual must have expert-level skills with Informatica and be able to mentor junior team members on the software, including PowerCenter. Individual should also have experience with high volume datasets from various sources (COBOL, Test File, XML, Rational). Qualified applicants can e-mail resumes in for consideration.
