$85-$95K Responsibilities: -Develop and design complex, integrated systems and enhancements. -Ensure systems and enhancements are fully compliant with requirements through appropriate unit and system/integration testing. -Develop Web and server based systems/applications and integration of multiple databases and information systems. -Ensure functional and technical designs meet business requirements. -Ensure appropriate, accurate, up-to-date technical documentation is available for systems and logic behind data structures. -Assist and support testers with development and execution of test plans. -Mentor developers in creating user and technical documentation. -Assist the network staff and user community in successfully implementing new systems. Requirements: -Technical expertise with building RIA's with Flex 2 and Flex 3 (SDK and FlexBuilder IDE), Flex Component design and development (MXML, ActionScript), Flex Debugger and Profiler. -WebORB, Cairngorm Flex application framework and extensive experience with SQL (TSQL, Data Modeling, Stored Procedure creation, query optimization), SQL Server, Web development (HTML, CSS, Javascript, DOM), application GUI design (web and client/server), data and content layout, form and screen design. -Additional technical experience with .NET, (VB.NET, C#, ADO.NET, Visual Studio IDE), Source Control (Subversion and VSS) required. -Project and task estimation, Java, JSP JDBC preferred. -Excellent customer service, oral and written communication, and problem solving skills are essential. -Ability to work on multiple assignments in a team environment and flexibility in activities is imperative. -Strong understanding of project management concepts. -Ability to identify and present technical solutions for business problems is critical. -Traditional and Agile software development project methodologies experience, team development and technical mentoring experience of developers is required.
