Our new client in Chicago area is looking to add a Director to it organization to oversee the Architecture area. As a retail oriented distribution company, they have locations nationwide. This is a critical position. They deisre someone who thinks at a higher level, but can be hands-on. Must have OO Development experience in Agile. Must be able to manage and lead a architecture team of 5-10. Must be able to interface with stakeholders, and be able to make an impact on this organization. Skills and experience would be a Bachelor or Masters in CS or Engineering, at least 3 yrs Sr .Net Architect role, 6 yrs management for a software development company, OO Developement and .NET technology, and industry certification is highly desired.
