Experience: Bachelors Degree is required.10 – 15 years of overall IT experience is required.10 years of consulting industry experience is required. Mid-range to large-scale consulting organizational experience is required.10 years of QA/Testing experience is required.4 years of project budget forecasting and planning of projects of $2 mil or more is required.3 years experience supervising and managing a team of 4 or more direct reports.2 years minimum experience in managing, planning, administering and/or executing Quality Assurance (QA) test activities during all test-related project phases, for one or more IT projects.Strong healthcare industry experience is mandatory in this role. NO EXCEPTIONS!Most recent knowledge of EDI is required.Very strong communications skills, verbal, written and interpersonal are essential in this role.Previous C-level communication with business, development, and senior management, on the progress of the Release Period project goals, objectives, and testing efforts is required.Strong presentation skills are mandatory in this role.PMP or PMI certification is highly preferred.Travel of 50% or more will be required.CompensationNegotiable
