Under the direction of the Web Application Administrator (WAA), the eLearning Specialist is responsible for creating online training for the IRIS administrative portal, Feith Document Database (WebFDD), and other software applications in our web-based learning environment. SAN Engineer is responsible for maintaining and improving the IT network and systems infrastructure along with fulfilling the role of the technology escalation partner for the IT Department.
