Needed: Senior Analyst/Programmer (PowerBuilder, PFC,Oracle,PL/SQL)***Local Candidates are preferred*******Must be a US Citizen of Green Card Holder****Horizon Technology Partners, Inc. has several openings for Senior Analyst/Programmers with solid Powerbuilder and Oracle PL/SQL programming Background. Your skills are needed to assist a large financial institution located in downtown Chicago, IL. with supporting and enhancing their legacy billing system. On this project you will be responsible for providing Production Support for their master billing system. Skills you will be required to bring to the table include: User Support, problem discovery and analysis, Expert Level ProwerBuilder / PFC development skills, PL/SQL and Unix shell scripting capabilities. The ideal candidates will have prior experience building and supporting custom PowerBuilder applications. Past experience working with financial Systems (preferably Billing Systems), a strong client presence, excellent verbal and written skills with excellent attention to detail and process as well as good follow through skills. Skills Needed:- 5 years experience developing and supporting ProwerBuilder Applications- PFC- Hand-on developing and troubleshooting skills with Oracle, PL/SQL packages and SQL scripts- Strong Analysis and support skills- Previous experience in financial development projects is a plus.
