Needed: PowerBuilder Consultant with strong Oracle PL/SQL Skills**Immideate starts needed!**Horizon Technology Partners, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Sr. Powerbuilder consultant with a solid Oracle PL/SQL programming Background. Your skills are needed to assist a large financial institution located in downtown Chicago, IL. with enhancements to their core billing and membership systems. The ideal candidate profile is as follows:- 5+ years client/server design and development. - Must have strong analytical abilities to translate changing business requirements into design change specifications. - Must have strong PowerBuilder and SQL developer experience. - PowerBuilder PFC experience is desired. - Must have experience writing and debugging SQL for an enterprise level DBMS, preferably Oracle PL/SQL. - Strong written, verbal, and communication skills are necessary for requirements gathering and documentation. - Must be able to work independently, and also in a team. - Experience in the following areas are desired but not required: Java, C++, Pro*C, Unix shell scripting, data modeling.
