Who is seeking an Active Directory System Engineer position? This Active Directory Enterprise System Engineer will be responsible for performing Active Directory system administration for a complex multi domain enterprise environment. This includes system administration, backup and recovery, troubleshooting, and working directly with system administrators. The preferred System Engineer will have an MCSE 2003 certification and at least four years of hands-on Microsoft Windows Server and Windows Active Directory support in a large environment.

The Enterprise System Engineer will maintain the health of the enterprise Active Directory, WINS and DNS administration and troubleshooting with Norton anti-virus administration, monitor and maintain operating system and application updates and patches on servers and ensure reliable backups of all servers, analyze and implement Active Directory security based on industry best practices while documenting all procedures and processes, evaluate new Active Directory technologies and perform analysis of current Active Directory needs and contribute to design and implementation of appropriate solutions.

Experience: The preferred System Engineer will have an MCSE 2003 certification and at least four years of hands-on Microsoft Windows Server and Windows Active Directory support in a large environment. Experience with Trend Micro Anti-Virus, Windows 2000/2003 Clustering, Quest utilities, Microsoft MOM 2005, NSI Doubletake, Exchange 2003 is also required.
