Dynamic Global Trading Institution, located in the Chicago Loop, is currntly seeking an Application Support Analyst with Java and/or .NET experience. Candidate will provide 2nd level support for a large web application which includes:
-Analyze and tentatively resolve 2nd level requests escalated by the Production Services Helpdesk.
-Direct interaction with Clients Service Representatives.
-Analyze, document and relay to the Development team issues requiring code changes.
-Participate to UAT test on new functionalities.
-Participate to the DR readiness.
-Participate to monthly Service Reports with facts and comments.
- Ensure all important technical documentation for supporting the application is complete including check lists and procedures used by the Production Services Dept.
-Help training Internal users personnel on the utilization of the system.
-Help training Production Service personnel for 1st level support.

Qualifications:
-Programming experience in at least one language (Java / .Net / JSP / HTML) with exposure to application logs.
-A good understanding of the IBM Websphere Portal v.5.x, IBM HTTP SERVER, SQL SERVER, Crystal Enterprise.
-Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
