My direct client in the Minneapolis area is looking for a strong leader to manage and grow their Application Development consulting organization.

This group of 33 managers/architects/consultants is expected to grow to over 100 architects/consultants over the next 12 to 36 months. I need a candidate who is passionate and driven to succeed. Someone with the following skills:

. Proven experience in a senior management/leadership role

. Technical experience in Web Architecture and/or JAVA/J2EE/MS Application Development

. Experience in running/building a consulting services organization

. Very high sense of energy, urgency and resiliency

. Strong business operations skills and attention to detail
