Responsibilities:
ï? Participate in a Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Technical Leadership role, with a focus upon Extract Transform Load (ETL) and Data Architecture
ï? Lead and manage ETL resources
ï? Contribute to existing internal Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Intellectual Capital
ï? Contribute to a Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Methodology
ï? Contribute to the Development of internal Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse staff
Perform Technical reviews of existing Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse projects
Skill sets required include:
ï? Expertise with Microsoft BI Technology (Sequel Server 2005) and one or two of the other leading ETL tools (Data Stage, Informatica)
ï? Knowledge and experience with the leading Business Intelligence tools

Minimum Qualifications: (including years of experience preferred):
ï? 3 years of Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing Experience
ï? 3-5 Years of Consulting experience
ï? Able to function as a Data and/or ETL Architect
ï? Has performed ETL Design, Development and Data Modeling activities on three or more projects
ï? Possess knowledge of the inherent challenges for a Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Implementation
ï? Experience with a Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Development Methodology
ï? Leverage past experience to perform ETL tool evaluations
ï? Knowledge of Best Practices for the following:
o Data Architecture
o ETL Architecture, Design, and Development
ï? Ability to accurately estimate the ETL and Data Architecture components of Business Intelligence Data Warehouse Delivery projects
ï? Strong Communication Skills
ï? Self sufficient. Must be able to function well on client site with minimal oversight
ï? Ability to travel at least 3 nights a week
ï? 3-5 Years of Consulting experience
ï? Able to function as a Data and/or ETL Architect
