The Technical writer will work with different departments to document procedures, release notes, RealTick product user guides, product specifications, marketing content, online product user guides, fact sheets, knowledge base and various collateral as needed. They will provide administrative, user documentation, and installation materials for all software.


BA in English, Writing, or Journalism preferred with at least one year of documentation experience. Expert with a word processing program and experience with Robohelp or Doc-to-Help. Some HTML experience recommended.
Experience with software documentation, completed on time with software release schedules. Experience with writing training/department procedure materials. Experience with Adobe Acrobat. Experience with context-sensitive help. Experience with designing web sites.
