We are seeking a mid-to senior level web designer/art director. A qualified candidate can concept and produce both motion and interactive design with a solid understanding of online branding. This designer has a willingness to work with others while being able to lead when needed. Design craft is paramount; including a strong sense of composition, typography and attention to detail. Should be as comfortable working within existing visual systems as inventing new ones. Must have a passion to push the capabilities of the web environment to create sophisticated design experiences that meet the unique needs of our clients and their site visitors.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Required:
&#149; An undergraduate degree in graphic design or interaction design
&#149; Minimum 3 yrs web design experience (in agency or design firm)
&#149; Proficient in Adobe CS3
&#149; Working knowledge of HTML and Flash

Plusses:
&#149; Working to expert knowledge of: action script, java script, CSS, PHP and video technologies
&#149; Client-facing experience with consumer brands
&#149; eCommerce experience
&#149; Print experience
