The successful candidate for this position possesses excellent customer service and communications skills, is organized and enjoys interacting with end users.

The principal activities involve:

Daily management of incident and service requests assigned in the Peregrine system.

Workstation/laptop support:

Builds
Swaps
New user set ups
Software installation
Data retention

Technology support:

Webcast set ups
Loaner laptop management
Smart hands support at the direction of server, network and telco towers

Administrative:

Maintain accurate inventory records for workstations, laptops, lan and local printers
Provide support for corporate technology projects
Provide timely status of assigned tasks

Necessary Skills:

Experience working in a corporate environment
Ability to work independently
Excellent customer service skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Windows XP and Microsoft Office
Experience with IBM desktop and laptop as well as HP printers
Ability to arrive early and stay late for projects

Preferred Skills:

Experience using Peregrine Service Center or equivalent product
Previous experience with workstation imaging using Ghost Experience with Symantec Antivirus in a managed environment
Experience with Tablet PC is helpful

Limited travel (&##60; 10%) may be required for this position.
