The Project Manager work to develop requirements. This position is customer facing and requires experience in all aspects of project management including determining requirements, organizing, scheduling, & tracking through on time delivery. He/she will interface with the client organization to document & review requirements for Skills Base Routing, Call Flow, & infrastructure.

Required:
. Strong Project Management skills

. Ability to take iniative
. Experience with Avaya and VoIP
. MS Office Suite including MS Project
. Knowledge of Genesys
. Call Center Management experience
