Business Analyst (Agile)FTP$70,000.00 - $80,000.00Business Analyst (Agile) We are looking for a top notch BA with Agile/XP Methodology experience to join our Corporate Software Development team. This individual will be responsible for being the bridge between our developers and our internal customers. Responsibilities: Gathering requirements for IT development projects by conducting interviews, work flow analysis, process analysis and observation sessions. Evaluating gathered information from multiple sources and distinguish user requests from user needs Interfacing with all levels of internal customers and analysing current business and software development processes Arranging timely customer reviews of software under development to ensure customer satisfaction Interfacing with the testing team Adhering to and suggesting new Agile principles and methods of requirement gathering Facilitating Agile rapid and meaningful releases Obtaining authorization and signoff signatures Doing whatever it takes to facilitate efficient software development Or Client uses Agile Extreme Programming methodologies, paired programming, BDD, .NET 3.5, C#, SQL 2005, Linq, SIlverlight, Subversion. Required Skills: 2 years of BA experience in an Agile/XP environment with a deep understanding of Agile/XP principles and methods Superior communication skills Proven business process analysis and improvement ability The ability to speak "tech" and "business" Ability to work on multiple projects at once Understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
