Strength in the Siebel Automotive Vertical and experience in implementation of Siebel modules. Experience with conversion of Legacy systems to Siebel using Siebel EIM and EAIExcellent communication skills. Solid business analysis skills and experience working with business users in explaining Siebel functionality and how it will meet business requirements. . Translation of Legacy business requirements into Siebel package functionality. Solid time management and organizational skills. Solid communication skills (oral and written) and presentation skills. Sound judgment and reasoning skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills . Depth of knowledge of other Siebel modules such as Territory Management, Marketing, Call Center, Finance, etc. will also be considered.. Functional knowledge of Siebel Data Model and relationships. Candidate should be able to make critical design decisions about possible ways the data model can be changed to meet needs.. Familiar with various security/visibility options in Siebel including Organization structure, Positions and Assignment Manager.. Experience with Repository Migrations and MergeOutlook and mobile equipment integration. Customer consolidation projectsThis project will replace an existing Dealer Master file currently residing in IMS and DB2 databases with the Siebel Automotive Vertical. The business analyst will be expected to do data mapping from the old GFX71 databases to the Siebel Automotive Vertical, including labor rates and territory and contract management. The business/technical analysts will be expected to lead the implementation development efforts for Siebel screens, views and business services; convert the business requirements into Siebel code and configuration; perform gap analysis , technical designs, data mappings between Legacy processes and Siebel 8.0; develop approach for closing gaps; and will be accountable for deliverables. Contractor is expected to mentor Company associates and transfer Siebel knowledge.The analyst has implementation experience for Siebel modules and is considered an expert resource in designing innovative, scalable and integrated Siebel solutions.
