Dynamic Global Trading Firm, located in the Chicago Loop, is currently seeking aTrading Services Specialist with strong FIX protocal experience. Candidate will support and build upon existing trading systems for internal and external customers in fast-paced growing environment.RESPONSIBILITIES*Provide technical support for trading application.*Set up and maintenance monitoring tools on server hardware and software, utilizing a combination of in-house and third-party tools to manage/maintain stability on Servers and software*Certification of new exchange links, including FIX and other protocols.*Maintain production trading system including databases (where appropriate), transaction servers, gateways, Web servers.*Work with vendors (Exchanges, ECNs, etc.) to resolve production issues as they arise.*Work with developers to meet software requirements as they arise.*Assist, as necessary, with resolving clearing issues.*Establish and document policies and procedures as necessary.*Work on special projects as necessary.QUALIFICATIONS*FIX protocol.*Basic knowledge of Scripting and or programming language concepts*Excellent customer support skills*Working knowledge of any of the following is useful: SQL, Automate, NetIQ Appmanager, LUA, Python, regular expressions, PHP, DOS*Understanding of trading industry concepts and terminology To Apply to this job go to http://www.GadBall.com or click here
