This is an exciting position working with a well known organization; the right candidate must currently be residing in the USA.Lead FICO ConsultantDescription: Upgrade the current SAP Financial (FICO-GL) system from version 4.6C to ECC 6.0 on new hardware The project will also upgrade the database from 9i to 10G and conduct Unicode conversion of the data on all database instances (Development, Test and Production). All functionality will need to be moved to the new landscape as is. The existing environment remain intact until the migration to the new environment is complete.This Senior SAP Functional Consultant will have significant experience in the FI-GL area, good knowledge of Financial/Investment Accounting policies/procedures and several successful GL implementations and upgrades under the belt. The consultant working closely with the project team and business users will document business processes, procedures, workflows and create test scripts and testing scenarios. The consultant will perform unit, integration and system testing on sandbox dev, test and production environments to ensure that the upgraded system fulfills all the required business functionality that existed in the earlier system prior to cut-over. The consultant will assist business users during acceptance testing and create new or update existing user documentation. Prefer someone who is SAP certified.
