The servers host many websites for different groups within the company. Their maintenance, high performance and integrity of the websites are key for the company. Along with maintaining hardware, software and system configurations, the WSA is responsible for architecture of new systems and troubleshooting needs.Web Administration is the primary responsibility of the WSA. Experiences with the following technical skills are required; Linux system administration, Apache Administration, PHP, SSL, Java EE application database integration, and systems programming and scripting. Remaining balance of responsibilities includes; Database integration, infrastructure security, maintaining high performance and availability. Of course, additional special projects as needed and assigned by company/management.
