Minimum education required:
? Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
? MBA preferred.

? 8-10 years related business experience.
? Consulting background a plus.

Description of duties & responsibilities:
? In this position, the employee will be working in the capacity as both a senior project manager and a senior business specialist depending on the needs of the projects. We service corporate clients by identifying technical and process solutions for their business needs and manage a solution implementation from pre-project work through final implementation. Specifically, this role requires the following:
? Collaborate with business executives on definition of business vision and objectives. Initiates strategic partnerships with business areas and maintains long-term relationships.
? Partner with business executives to identify business strategy, to define list of projects required to implement strategy and to prioritize the projects.
? Write project business cases to thoroughly describe the solution options and the project approach. Includes performing cost/benefit analysis.
? Conduct full life cycle project management from pre-project research through implementation.
? Develop detailed project plans that define key activities, timelines, and resource requirements needed to achieve project objectives.
? Own deliverables associated with the implementation of a project such as requirements documents, process flow documents and detailed specifications.
? Partner with business group representatives to learn and understand their business operations. Work with the business group to document and map the current-state business processes and to translate business needs into formal, documented business requirements. Responsible for prioritizing requirements based on business benefit/impact and cost.
? Responsible to monitor every aspect of a technology implementation.
? This position may be assigned to one large project for a long duration or could handle multiple smaller projects with shorter timeframes.
