SUMMARY:
This position supports the IT Director - Business Advisory in the analysis, monitoring and management of Global IT contracts including (but not limited to) software/hardware contracts, outsourced IT infrastructure contracts, and outsourced application development contracts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Maintain a diary of known contract renewals.
-Review and summarize key contract terms and conditions for the IT community.
-Collect and analyze Aon software licensing/maintenance requirements on a collaborative basis with regional coordinators.
-Identify software compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate impacts such as re-allocation of licenses.
-Escalate issues as necessary.
-Participate in Business Case Management Reviews and other periodic relationship reviews with the parties.
-Participate in the negotiation of changes in contracts related to changes in usage such as acquisitions and divestitures.
-Coordinate with Strategic Sourcing and/or Legal in implementing modifications to agreements resulting from the above negotiations.
-Develop and implement contract databases to track initial contract documents and all subsequent changes for major contracts.
-Identify and track Aon and vendor performance of deliverables per the contract. Escalate issues to the governing bodies as needed.
-Interpret agreement for Aon requestors and coordinate responses on questions of interpretation.
-Participate in the negotiation of changes in the agreement related to Business Case Management processes, Extraordinary Events or other event-driven changes.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & SKILLS:
-Bachelors' degree required.
-MBA preferred.
-3-6 years of experience in Sourcing/negotiations/IT contracts administration/outsourcing contracts.
-Excellent oral and communication skills.
