What is the actual position you ask (and wheres the laundry list?)

We are in need of a server side Senior Developer within the Global Rates IT team. The responsibilities will include C++ development that is a part of the project to upgrade/replace the existing components and systems that generate live and end of day P/L and Risk for Rates desk globally.

The intention is for this role to focus on server side development as well as contribute to early stage of the project (design and analysis).

Development environment:
- Operating Systems: LINUX, Windows
- Databases: Sybase/Comparable RDBMS ( Oracle, SQL server)

Responsibilities:
To support Global Rates business. IT strategy is to revamp the existing legacy P/L and Risk systems and eliminate the existing dependency on vendor systems. This role will be a key contributor to the team focused on upgrading live and end of day pricing, valuation and risk engines. The current teams capability require this additional resource to focus on the new development and move forward with the strategy.

- SQL, XML
