Our Chicago-Loop based client currently seeks a PC Support Technician for a 6 month+ project engagement (with probable extenstions).

Candidate must be familiar with Windows XP, TCP/IP networking, minor LAN hardware architecture (link speeds, NIC configuration),PC hardware installations (ie. CD-ROM drives, video cards, etc) local and network printer installation and configuration, and to be able to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with all the above. Some Novell knowledge would be helpful, but not necessary.

Candidate must be familiar with Windows XP, TCP/IP networking, minor LAN hardware architecture.
