Title: IT Architect

Location: Chicago, IL, 60606

Start: ASAP

Duration: permanent

Hours: 8 am to 5 pm



Scope: Reporting to VP of Software Engineering. Candidate will provide architectural, design and development leadership on a team of software engineers who are responsible for building and maintaining web-based solutions.



Qualifications:

A strong desire and drive to be part of a business that is transforming the real estate industry

Minimum of 5 years experience in a architect/lead software engineer role

5 - 10 years of mentoring/management experience

Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to concisely articulate business and architectural concepts

Experience designing and delivering solutions based on the salesforce.com platform

Experience with web development technologies including classic ASP and VBScript, ASP.NET, C#, Javascript, Web Services, AJAX and SQL Server 2000/2005. Experience with Web 2.0 solutions highly desired.

Knowledge of full systems development lifecycle including development methodologies ranging from Waterfall to Agile
