My client, a downtown medical firm, has an immediate opportunity available for a business analyst to join their internal and highly specialized team on a full- time basis. Acting as a liaison to the IT team, this Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of the users to help identify business problems, and will propose IT solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. They will also be responsible for documenting, communicating, and validating requirements.

The work environment is dynamic and challenging, yet casual. The right candidate must be a team player who works well without supervision, has the ability to work on multiple projects and can organize and prioritize their work to achieve desired results in a timely manner.
Experience: Candidates MUST HAVE 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst. He/she should also have experience with analysis tools such as Visio and also possess a strong understanding of relational database modeling, object- oriented programming, and the software development lifecycle.
