Help Desk Analyst II in Chicago, IL
This Help Desk Analyst is responsible for second level support for all the law firm's standard software and hardware. It provides effective evaluation of end-user needs. Good judgment and timeliness in response is imperative. You will spend at least five (5) hours daily working "on-the-phone" taking calls from users. Experience: This Help Desk Analyst II role requires a Bachelor's degree, high school diploma or GED; 2+ years of experience providing technical support in a law firm. Due to the shift hours, sometimes this Help Desk Analyst will be the single point of contact, so he/she must be very self motivated.
