We are looking for highly mobile, talented and driven Software Engineers whose commercial experience and communication skills allow them to bridge the fabled IT-business divide. You will be working with our client's cutting-edge Business Process Management platform, and their pioneering customer interaction solution.
Experience: Ideal candidates will have a First or 2:1 degree in Computing Science, Software Engineering or a related subject. You must also have experience of developing software solutions to solve complex, business-critical challenges, as well as the tenacity to deliver world-class solutions for our global blue-chip clients.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have lead and managed teams of software engineers through all phases of the software development lifecycle and ideally in a client-facing environment. Preference will be given to individuals with a background in Java/object-oriented design and full project delivery experience within a commercial software environment, from requirements gathering and analysis through to build, test and go-live.

Candidates also must be willing to work away from home for extended periods of time.
